About AVS

AVS is the member of Russian Convention bureau, we organize and arrange business events in Russia and abroad. Our main areas are trade-missions, international exhibitions and b2b matchmaking all over the World.

ONLINE B2B matchmaking

AVS operates for Russian companies that are searching for foreign buyers and for international suppliers that are interesting in negotiations with Russian importers.

We arrange:

market analysis, selection and approval of potential partners to b2b meetings;
informing potential partners about the event, participants and products they offer;
program and schedule development;
organization and support of meetings;
preparation of final materials for meetings held;
technical support for participants, assistance for registration, providing moderators and translators

Support in participation in Russian and international exhibitions

AVS operates as the contractor by turn-key basis for companies that are planning to participate in Russian and international exhibitions

We arrange:

design and construction of the exhibition stand;
exhibition freight forwarding;
development of the stand’s work program aimed at increasing traffic of visitors;
b2b meetings on the booth;
technical equipment of the stand with multimedia and interactive equipment;
the provision of support staff (translators, stand assistants);
flights, transfers, accommodation, cultural program.

Support in participation in Russian and international exhibitions

Organizing of international trade-missions

AVS provides international trade-missions for Russian companies and reverse trade-missions for foreign delegations in Russian Federation.

We arrange:

development of the trade mission program;
inviting of local potential partners for b2b meetings;
providing of the equipped hall for the presentation and meetings;
catering for participants (coffee breaks, Lunches);
registration of participants (including providing participants with badges, notebooks, pens, and water);
photo and video report.
